Ciao 👋🏼 Elisa here.

I’m an Italian product writer and translator who believes good design is service. This is where I document my work in UX.

In the last several years, I’ve worked in translation and localization, content writing, customer service and even sales, before realizing I’ve actually been doing UX all along.

Work

I’ve collaborated with startups from Belgium and the US, a multinational and a unicorn from Italy, and a Fortune 500 company in the Netherlands. Industries range from food safety and social commerce to customer experience.

Right now, I write and localize UX content for an AI platform serving enterprise customers in regulated sectors.
