About me

Ciao 👋🏼

I’m Elisa, an Italian product writer and translator by training who believes good design is service. This is where I document my work in UX.

In the last several years, I’ve worked in localization, content writing, customer service and even sales, before realizing I’ve actually been doing UX all along.

Work

I’m currently a UX writer and localization specialist for an agent orchestration platform that serves enterprise customers in regulated sectors.

Before that, I collaborated with startups from Belgium and the US, a multinational from Italy and a Fortune 500 company in the Netherlands. Industries ranged from food safety and social commerce to customer experience.

Approach

In the past 3+ years, my team has been treating content as a system.

It all starts with creating language standards that both humans and machines can use. Then, those standards turn into component-specific rules, reusable UI patterns and variables embedded in the design system.

And as for conversational AI, that same structure translates to LLM instructions, constraints and skills that help scale output consistently.

Kind words

I had the chance (and the pleasure) to manage Elisa, and I’ve seen her impact firsthand—not just on the words we use, but on how we think, design, and communicate as a team. If your product talks to users, make sure someone like Elisa is behind the scenes.

— Florin Neacsu, user experience team lead at Domyn

Elisa, this is a really, really good set of deliverables. You understand the benefits well and how to articulate them across a range of deliverables. Not only that, but you’ve clearly put an immense amount of thought into how to lay out your wording carefully across multiple mediums, yet still tell a cohesive story. That’s a fantastic skill to have.
